Fruit Trees for All
You can have your own fruit year after year, enjoy seeing your own tree grow and develop, and have the satisfaction of reducing food miles to food feet.
Fruit Trees for All is a joint project of Transition Glastonbury, Transition Wells and Wedmore Green Group.
The aim is to make it easy and cheap for people in the area to get high quality fruit trees and plant them in their own gardens. You can send in your order any time between now and 31st October 2011 and we’ll get everyone’s trees together at a wholesale price.
Trees will be delivered on a date in January and will be available for collection in Glastonbury, Wells and Wedmore. Before you take your tree away there will be a tree planting and tree care demonstration.
It’s as simple as that!

The Victoria Plum tree is on a 'St Julien A' rootstock which is semi-vigourous and produces a tree of 3 to 3.5 metres
The pear is a semi-dwarf reaching 2.5m - 3m.
All the trees are bare-rooted so not really suitable for growing in a pot.
